Summary

We want to achieve our goals for quality and internationalization in order to be better position at responding to current challenges. We want to attain high levels of efficiency and professionalism, an aim that is tied directly to the skills and competences of our staff.

Our three main objectives are the following:

• Management competences
• Social inclusion and civic engagement practices
• European partnering

Our activities will be comprised of two training courses one job shadowing activity which will cover all important areas of project management, the aspects related to finding partners, establishing relations and communication channels with them and solidifying sustainable cooperation and closely follow projects related to the promotion of social inclusion and civic engagement and they will observe how the host organization functions on a daily basis regarding these projects.

Results

• improve their professional competences related to project management and networking
• increase their capacity to trigger changes in terms of modernization and international opening within our organization
• be better equipped at identifying and exploiting opportunities to further their professional and career development
• will reinforce their key competences needed for personal development - obtain a broader understanding of how their peers in deferent countries employ similar practices
