Mental Health
We carry out educational interventions and
awareness raising campaigns with the aim to develop the individual’s
pshychosocial skills, enhance mental resilience, personal responsibility,
emotional management and promote quality interpersonal relationships. This is
achieved by working in groups and applying methods of active learning (role
playing, dialogue, etc.) that place the person into a participatory process.
Digital Tranformation
Our aim is to develop the digital skills
and competences of our target groups and engage them through such tools, to
produce and make innovative use of digital content throughout our activities,
and to use digital technologies and methods to the greatest extent possible in
all phases of our projects.
Environmental Sustainability
Awareness raising about environmental
and climate-change challenges is of high importance to our initiatives. We want
to develop the competences of our target groups and use green strategies that
support the innovative practices related to saving resources, reducing energy
use and waste, compensating carbon footprint emissions, opting for sustainable
food and mobility choices and more generally to enable behavioural changes for
individual preferences, consumption habits, and lifestyles.
Training
We do believe that education nourishes both social progress and economic prosperity. Therefore, education promotes individual wellbeing as well as economic development of societies by stimulating critical thinking and innovation.
Welcome to Our Adult Education Programme
At
Europerativa, we are committed to fostering lifelong learning by offering a
diverse and inclusive range of courses tailored to adult learners of all
backgrounds. Our mission is to provide high-quality education that enhances
personal and professional development, promotes social inclusion, and responds
to the evolving needs of our local and international communities. Through our
curriculum, we aim to empower individuals by equipping them with the skills,
knowledge, and confidence necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic world.
Our
programme is deeply rooted in the principles of active learning and
learner-centred education. We believe that education is most effective when it
is participatory, collaborative, and adapted to the needs of the learners. As
such, we prioritise creating a supportive and engaging learning environment
where students are encouraged to take ownership of their education. Our
methodology integrates both theoretical knowledge and practical skills,
enabling learners to apply what they’ve learned in real-world contexts.
Key Features of Our Learning Approach
Erasmus+ Funding and International Collaboration
Our
programme is supported by Erasmus+ funding, which plays a crucial role in
expanding our educational offerings and facilitating international
collaboration. Thanks to the Erasmus+ programme, we are able to bring together
learners, educators, and institutions from across Europe and beyond to foster
intercultural dialogue and knowledge exchange.
Through
Erasmus+ mobility projects, our students and staff have the opportunity to
participate in exchanges, workshops, and training sessions in other European
countries. These experiences not only enhance language skills and intercultural
competencies but also provide valuable insights into different educational
systems and approaches. Moreover,
the Erasmus+ funding enables us to develop innovative curricula that address
key societal challenges such as digital transformation, social inclusion,
environmental sustainability, and the future of work.
By participating in
Erasmus+ projects, our centre contributes to the development of educational
practices that promote equity, diversity, and innovation in adult learning.
